Payment information is processed through authorized third-party payment providers. JUITOY does not store complete payment card information.

However, product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, prices, availability, promotions, estimated delivery times, and other information may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing updates, or normal production variations.

You are responsible for reviewing the product details, dimensions, included accessories, pricing, shipping information, return conditions, and warranty terms before placing an order.

5. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively through our website and may be offered in limited quantities.

Products may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, update product specifications, restrict sales to particular geographic areas, or modify our product offerings where permitted by applicable law.

The final amount payable, including applicable taxes, expedited shipping fees, and discounts, will be displayed or confirmed before payment is completed.

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Expedited shipping, when available and requested by the customer, may require an additional fee confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotion, or inventory errors, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order is affected by a material pricing or availability error, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

7. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details, product selection, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before completing checkout.

You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including the product price, applicable taxes, and any agreed expedited shipping charges.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is successfully authorized and the order is confirmed for processing.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Payment authorization failure
• Shipping restrictions or an unsupported delivery address

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

JUITOY currently ships to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Certain remote areas, island locations, or addresses not supported by our carriers may not be eligible for delivery.

Our standard estimated delivery schedule is:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, access restrictions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become unable to ship an order within the stated or reasonably expected time, we may contact the customer with updated information and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for an applicable refund.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Customers must contact support@juitoy.com so we can confirm availability, estimated delivery time, and the applicable fee based on the delivery address.

Expedited shipping is not confirmed until the available option, estimated delivery time, and applicable fee have been agreed upon by email and payment has been completed.

Refund eligibility for expedited shipping charges is governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If additional shipping is required because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable customer-provided address, the customer is responsible for the applicable reshipping cost.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@juitoy.com.

An order may be changed or canceled if it has not yet been shipped by our warehouse.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled through the normal cancellation process and must be handled under the applicable delivery or return procedure.

Approved cancellation refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

After the refund has been issued, the bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to the customer’s account.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from JUITOY. Customers must contact support@juitoy.com before sending a product back.

The business address listed elsewhere on our website is not a return address. Products must only be sent to the authorized return address provided by email.

Returns sent without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.

For a non-defective return, including returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If a return is caused by a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, an incorrect item, or an error on our part, JUITOY will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate prepaid return method.

For a non-defective exchange:

• The customer is responsible for returning the original product.
• JUITOY will cover standard shipping for the approved replacement product.

JUITOY does not charge a restocking fee.

All originally included accessories and components must be returned. If an item is missing, we will contact the customer by email to arrange the return of the missing item or discuss a reasonable deduction based on its current replacement or retail value.

Any proposed deduction will be explained and discussed with the customer by email before it is applied.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.

11. Warranty

JUITOY provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products, beginning on the date of delivery.

The limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty claims are subject to review and approval. Customers may be required to provide:

• An order number
• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper inflation, over-inflation, punctures, cuts, sharp objects, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty-related returns must be authorized by JUITOY. Products must only be sent to the authorized return address provided by email.

If a warranty claim is approved, JUITOY will provide the applicable repair, replacement, return, or refund instructions by email.

12. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, analytics platforms, advertising services, review platforms, shipping providers, or other features that are not owned or controlled by JUITOY.
