Payment method availability may vary depending on your location, device, browser, order amount, payment provider, and eligibility. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed securely at checkout before you complete your purchase.

ACH Direct Debit for B2B Orders

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, an electronic bank payment network used in the United States.

Eligible business customers may be offered ACH Direct Debit at checkout. When available, ACH Direct Debit allows payments to be made directly from an authorized U.S. business bank account.

ACH Direct Debit is intended for eligible B2B transactions only and may not be available for all customers, orders, or checkout sessions. If ACH Direct Debit is not displayed at checkout, please select another available payment method.

ACH payments may require additional processing and verification time. Orders paid through ACH may remain pending until the payment has been successfully confirmed. Order fulfillment may be delayed until payment confirmation is received.

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments may be available to eligible customers at checkout.

Eligibility, approval, installment schedules, and applicable terms are determined by the participating payment provider. Availability may vary depending on the customer, purchase amount, location, and other requirements.

Applicable installment terms will be presented at checkout before the customer confirms the payment arrangement.

Payment Currency

Prices on the JUITOY website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

If your card, bank account, or payment provider uses another currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside JUITOY's control.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and participating third-party payment providers.

JUITOY does not store your full payment card number, complete bank account details, or sensitive payment authentication credentials.

Payment information is handled through secure payment processing systems designed to protect customer information during checkout.

Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, your selected payment provider will attempt to authorize or process the payment according to its applicable procedures.

Depending on the payment method and payment processing configuration, funds may be charged at checkout or captured after authorization.

Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation email will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that payment has been fully settled. Certain payment methods, including ACH Direct Debit, may require additional processing or verification.

JUITOY may delay order fulfillment until the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed.

Failed, Declined, or Unverified Payments

If your payment is declined, fails, or cannot be authorized, your order may not be completed or fulfilled.

Please verify that your payment information and billing details are accurate, sufficient funds are available, and your selected payment method is authorized for online transactions.

You may also try another available payment method.

To help prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional verification. If necessary, JUITOY may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Orders that cannot be successfully verified or paid may be delayed, canceled, or refunded to the original payment method, where applicable.

Taxes, Shipping, and Other Charges

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional order-related fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

JUITOY currently provides free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations. Certain P.O. Box and carrier-restricted addresses may also be unavailable for delivery.

Standard orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

For approved returns, JUITOY normally processes the refund within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

After JUITOY issues the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

The total refund timeline depends on the return inspection process and your financial institution. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
