ACH Direct Debit for B2B Orders
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, an electronic bank payment network used in the United States.
Eligible business customers may be offered ACH Direct Debit at checkout. When available, ACH Direct Debit allows payment to be made directly from an authorized U.S. business bank account.
ACH Direct Debit is currently intended for eligible B2B transactions only. It may not be available for all customers, order types, business accounts, or checkout sessions. If ACH Direct Debit is not displayed at checkout, please select another available payment method.
Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installments may be available to eligible customers at checkout. Availability, payment schedules, and approval are determined by the relevant payment provider and may vary by customer, order amount, location, and other eligibility requirements.
Payment Currency
All prices on the JUITOY website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise shown at checkout.
If your card, bank account, or payment provider uses another currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or transaction fees. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside JUITOY’s control.
Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and participating third-party payment providers.
JUITOY does not store your full card number, complete bank account details, or sensitive payment authentication information. Payment information is encrypted and handled securely during checkout.
When Payment Is Charged
Payment authorization is requested when you place your order. Once payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address entered during checkout.
For some payment methods, including ACH Direct Debit, payment processing or verification may take additional time. An order is considered successfully placed only after the payment has been approved and an order confirmation has been issued.
Failed, Declined, or Unverified Payments
If a payment is declined, fails, or cannot be authorized, your order may not be completed.
Please confirm that your payment information and billing details are correct, that sufficient funds are available, and that your selected payment method is authorized for online transactions. You may also try another available payment method.
To help prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional verification. If needed, JUITOY may contact you using the email address provided at checkout. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or refunded to the original payment method where applicable.
Taxes and Other Charges
Any applicable taxes and other charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
JUITOY currently ships to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery coverage and timing details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Total refund processing time may take up to 15 business days, including JUITOY’s 3–5 business day processing period after inspection and approval, plus an additional 5–10 business days that may be required by your bank or payment provider.
