4. Why does the mattress feel slightly softer after the first use?

PVC material may naturally stretch during the first few inflations, which can feel like a small loss of firmness. Add a little air as needed. Continued softness may require checking the valve and mattress surface.

5. How should I clean the mattress?

Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before storage. Do not submerge the mattress, and keep the pump and charging port dry.

6. Can I return the mattress after opening or inflating it?
