Warranty Coverage
For Amazon purchases, warranty support is activated after the registration form is completed.
Please submit your Amazon order information so we can verify your purchase and provide warranty service when needed.
After registration, eligible JUITOY products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note: Damage caused by misuse, improper inflation, over-inflation, improper storage, accidents, sharp objects, punctures, cuts, tears, normal wear and tear, or customer-caused damage is not covered.
